Everything a club runs on
A season, end to end.
Scoring is the way in. Here's the rest of what a season on volleyOS gives your club: availability, matchday planning, rotations, reports, the public page and tournaments.
The same match, before, during and after.
Fixtures, courtside scoring, match reports and season analysis all read from the same match record. Nothing is re-entered between these four screens.

Captured from current volleyOS builds using fictional club and player data.
Your result, ready
to share.
The moment a match goes final, tap once and the result comes back as a finished square image with names, sets, the final tally, your colour behind it. Straight to the group chat or the club account. Nothing to open, nothing to crop.
Making video instead? The same result exports on a transparent background, with no panel or box to fight your footage. Drop it over your clip of the last point in any editor.
Both are free on every plan. A shared match is an advert for the club that played it, so it has never been something we charge for. Putting your player stats on it is the Coach tier.

Matchday, without
the message chase.
Invite the players you actually need. They answer available, maybe or unavailable in the app, with an optional private note for the coaches; you see the numbers change without rebuilding a WhatsApp list. Anyone you did not invite still sees the fixture, and is not asked.
Set arrival and warm-up times relative to first serve, name the referee and match scorer, then send a reminder that goes only to the players who have not replied. A hall change is an edit, not a delete: everyone invited is told, and the timings move with it.
Prepare the starting six and service order before the whistle, then handle live rotation and libero changes from the same match. The operational matchday workflow stays free.
One calm checklist · one source of truth
A home ground
on the internet.
Every team and every result the club records sits in one place that outlasts whoever was keeping the spreadsheet. The club keeps its complete record and can export it.
Fixtures group into seasons, and each season can carry its own league table — match wins or 3/2/1 match points, with opponents who never need a volleyOS account. Matches you score update the standings on their own, and a result from a game played elsewhere can be typed in. Free on every plan.
Your page goes live the moment you switch it on, free, with a link ready for the group chat and the parents who couldn't be there.
Club tier makes it look like the club's, not the app's: your own short address (volley-os.com/your-club), your colours and crest, sponsor presentation and featured placement in the volleyOS directory. Published customer clubs are listed, while showcase data stays separate.
Every result,
told as a story.
The scoreline lands on the club page as a sentence, not just a number: the result and how the match turned. Anyone who opens it can react, including supporters without the app.
Inside the app it goes further: a private Activity feed for members only, with milestones: every 10th, 25th, 50th, 100th and 200th kill, ace, block or point of the season, landing as a shout-out for whoever earned it.
Player names and milestones stay private by default. A committee can publish results without putting a 14-year-old's name on the internet. Adult clubs can choose a different name setting when they have the right consent.
Understand
your own game.
Every player already sees their own line, free, forever: kills, aces, blocks and points from every match, summed for the season. Players can always see their own match history.
Player Pass adds context to those numbers: the pressure points that decide a set, who stopped the other side's run, whether your points land early or late, and which opponents you perform best against.
Rates appear only when there is enough data to make them meaningful. Until then, you see the count and how much more data is needed.

£30 / event
Enter the teams, pick a format, done. When the last group match ends, qualifiers seed straight into the knockout, byes and crossovers and all of it, while you're still shaking hands. A one-off per event. Club includes one each year, with additional events at £20.
Every court, every score, every round on one public page. Players check when they're on. Nobody does maths in a sports hall.
