Built for volleyball, by volleyball players
One place for every team, match and season.
volleyOS is a platform for volleyball clubs. Plan matchday, score the game, follow it live and let the results build themselves into a season record and a public club page that outlast whoever is running the club this year.
From one team to a staffed multi-team organisation. Guided setup for now, while the app store listings are in progress.
The example club is fictional: a working 16-match season you can click through.
What one match turns into.
One scorer, one phone, and the rest builds itself. Start with the stage you need this week; the others are already waiting.
A person scores it. The link does the rest.
volleyOS doesn't watch the game — a scorer does. One tap per point on one phone updates the link for everyone holding it. No video to stream, nothing to install, and dead sports-hall wifi loses nothing: points queue and sync later.
Nothing extra is captured after the whistle. These are the real numbers the five-set demo match derives. Open the completed match.
Built for volleyball.
Not adapted to it.
General club apps model a fixture, a squad and a subs bench, because that is what most sports need. Volleyball needs more than a settings screen can add.
Rotations, tracked through the set
Who is where, when the rotation turns, and which six were on court when the run happened.
A libero the model understands
Changes are captured without breaking the service order, and an illegal pairing is caught, not recorded.
Set targets, deciding sets, win by two
Sets to 25 and a decider to 15, capped or uncapped, handled for whoever is holding the phone.
Side-out and break-point
The two numbers a volleyball coach actually reads, from the same taps that ran the scoreboard.

Real screens from current volleyOS builds, using fictional club and player data. See the rest of the app.
Free is the whole match. Paid is the read on it.

Built by players. Checked against the product.
volleyOS is made by Maggie and Logan, who play and coach at a club in Hertfordshire. Logan referees too. It started because they wanted to know what actually happened in their own games, and were pausing match footage to keep tallies on paper next to each player's name.
Every number on this page is checkable by clicking it. The example club is fictional data in a working product, and we show a statistic only when volleyOS can derive it from captured play.
